Oh he has already tried leaping from the garage roof. It was a swing and a miss! The resulting sudden stop with the ground, was apparently enough of an impact, to convince him not to do that again. I hope his latest crash hasn't discouraged him to stop trying. See this merry band of 7 rodents aren't your average tree rat. They have been fattened up by consuming 6, 50 pound bags of safflower seed over the last 2 seasons. Had I not been off work since early November, I wouldn't have a clue as to the cause of the huge consumption of the feed. I bet Fatso, the king rat, weighs over 4 pounds.
