Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
I have a project for a client who wants something similar to the following:

Tailored Pleat Drapery & Curtains | Buy Pleated Silk Draperies & Curtains Online — The Shade Store

Essentially the client wants to take one photograph of a product (drape, pillow, throw, etc) and then digitally replace the color of that product to any number of other colors just like in the website link above.

What would be the best way to go about achieving this? I have done ecommerce photography before but I have never come across this type of project.

Any help or tips in the right direction would be much appreciated!

welcome to the forums. Changing color is pretty basic with decent editing software and then linking to each I suppose to get that style of display but I'm no web designer.

As Trever1t alludes to, a big part of what they did in the link you posted is web page scripting using HTML. If you want to look at the HTML on that web page just right click on the page, and in the popup box click on "View source".

fortunately for you, it's a short page of source code, only 720 some lines, and there is some Javascript in addition to the HTML.
