Everybody probably saw your first post since most view the forum using active topics. I can't check out your photos - don't know how to do it on my phone. You'll get more responses by embedding the images.

I believe it's against forum rules to post the same thing in multiple threads.

I will look at the pictures when I get to my computer.

I first posted in Beyond the Basics and was then told to post here instead. I also have tried to upload the photos to the thread and it wouldn't let me so until I get it worked out I will be posting them in the gallery. Thank You for your response.

The one photo that looked like it might have some interest is the one with the fireman in. Unfortunately you have zoomed/cropped in too tight and cut half of him out of the shot.

I was trying to take some different shots from different angles and also some zoom shots to see how they turned out since it was a pretty active fire scene. The same picture that you like is my favorite. I actually did zoomed in on that on purpose to show the fire flaring in front of his eyes like that to show how dangerous the profession is. The Fire Chief liked this one so much he asked if he could use it with the press release. I said yes, and the next day it was front page. My dad was a firefighter for 12 years and my brother still is a firefighter-paramedic (currently on 12 years). Only bad part of being the dept. photographer, unwritten bylaw that if you make it in the media you have to buy for the shift (ice cream, or cake, or pizza, or pie). Thank You for your input.
