Hi,
I need help with this image.
I know it's not the best but someone wants to make an a3 size print of it to hang.
Could someone please try to remove the banding and dust spots for me.
I've tried my best and have managed to get the spots so they are less noticable but have failed miserably with the banding
Please help

The banding is from bad HDR processing. Go back to the original image and rework it.

Banding can be addressed by adding a bit of image noise using the Noise filter.
