Pictures and Albums

I can't seem to find the 'Pictures and Albums' link. I went to FAQ and it sends me to User Control Panel. I have looked and looked but nothing. Can someone please tell me where I can find this link?

Hi Char - look under "My Profile". On the left side, scroll down a bit and you'll see where you can create albums.
