One thing is you might want to mask in some of the original exposures on the left and side of the frame under the building the light is very harsh a little blown out and a very hard line compared to the rest of the water. It would only take a few minutes and I think it would really make the building pop more. Just my two cents...

Really nice capture Rick. I think I may have to agree with the 3 light reflections on the left. They seem a little harsh compared to the calmness of the scene
