Reading KevinR's thread on overrated music was fun. Chains of smiles on my face when I find many like-minded pals on this forum. I'd just ask here when the discussion is still going on. :)

Here's a list of what I just listened in the last hour. It was raining outside.

Led Zeppelin - The Rain Song (Sorry, Hobbes. ;) )
Kate Bush - The Kick Inside
Metallica - Unforgiven
Lacuna Coil - When A Dead Man Walks
Midlake - Roscoe
Jolie Holland - Tiny Idyll
Sufjan Stevens - Casimir Pulaski Day
Mazzy Star - Fade into You
Gus Gus - Polyesterday Late
Lambchop - The New Cobweb Summer
Tracy Chapman - Telling Stories
Jamie Cullum - All at Sea
Juno Reactor - Navras

I hate to admit it, but my mp3 folder is really small in size. I keep deleting files.

What are your ears up to? In the past I heard about many true talents in music through recommendation from others. But I'd always love to add more. Just feed me with tidbits!

Bobby McFerrin - Don't Worry Be Happy :D
ZZ Top - Tush
The Cat Empire - Hello
T.I.S.M - You're a ****er
Steely Dan - Reelin' in the years
The Soupdragons - I'm Free
Silverchair - The Door
Rogue Traders - Watching You
Rascal Flatts - Where You Are
Lamb - Angelica
James Taylor - Don't Let Me Be Lonely Tonight

and i'd say that's it... :)

Xmetal, T.I.S.M is good! :D

At first, I thought theirs is a joker, then I payed some attention to the lyrics, ha, witty. Today when I thought it over, I must say they've made very accurate social observations. I'm surprised.

Many artists' names in everyone's list are new to me. Some, like Lamb, AFI, gave me a quick reminder. Thanks!

There's a Dutch band "Within Temptation" which is similar to Lacuna Coil's Gothic style. I don't know if you guys have heard them before. Just add it here.

Alright...wait for it...here comes the music nerd's pick...
Gustav Mahler's 2nd Symphony.

Other than classical, probably Opeth: Blackwater Park

Mahler suddenly became popular last winter. I don't know why. My favorate Mahler piece is Symphony No. 5 - IV: Adagietto.

Wait, I think what you've suggested won't take the whole hour to finish. Or you mean "looping" when you like a song so much? :D
