That's actually really helpful for *me* too... Haha. Red lights at shows are a KILLER. Some nights I can handle them and other nights they're impossible. I guess I never considered the natural logic that they might be different shades of red and therefore some the camera might not be able to handle.

Thanks Vtec and I completely understand! I have a lot of trouble with red and yellow flowers both!

That's good to know so now I don't feel as bad for not getting those colors right. lol I think you can try to make something like this, http://homepage.mac.com/swannman/flashreflectorfront.jpg, to try to diffuse the light a bit. Obviously you'll need to set the custom balance because the paper may not reflect the correct white color.

#1 is using a yellow depression glass so yes, it's yellow. And yes, I smudged out the kitchen counter which was showing a 1980's lovely woodgrain. :mrgreen:
