Pocket Camera Solution

I was looking for for an inexpensive, pocketable, decent p&s as a backup for my DSLR, I was looking at the:
Nikon P300
Canon S95
Nikon P7000
Canon G9
Canon S100
Which are all around $100 on eBay (used), does anyone have any experiences or recommendations?

The Canon S100 will be the best choice for this price. Followed by the Nikon P7000(If they are still in good working order)
