Good points and bad points about this picture? how cud i improve it?

Good points: light and shadows, and colors. that;s what I like here
Bad points: Nothing is in sharp. Everything blurred, nothing in focus.

The problem is that I really don't know that this *somebody* is doing in this pool. It looks more less like swimming or being on knees. I don't know

yeh i see wot u mean, thanks. it was pretty difficult to take the shot in the nightime conditions but i did quite like the effect so thought id see wot others thought.
