I'm curious too. I know it's probably not, but it looks like the fish market in Ghent, Belgium.

I bet it's the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, I mean it was going to be my first guess, and of course his location would back that up.

My friends uncle has a boat out there by the Pirate looking ship, but I've never seen this thing before so I don't know.
