Beautiful portrait mansi...you've captured something undefinable yet intense. :thumbup: Upping the contrast has blown the highlights.. as you know. Maybe you could save those blown out bits with the history brush?

Thank you very much jon. i appreciate your comments.. i agree i went a bit overboard with the contrast.. the version i did earlier was prob better. but i didnt save it or i did.. but i deleted it when i did this one.. prob work it a bit before i print it..

can i ask how you do this?
do you talk to the person before you shoot him? (with a camera duh...) or are these candid shots?

i usually talk to the person before i shoot.. i mostly never do candid shots ever.. the person is usually aware of me shooting them.. i either talk to them a bit or i just ask straight away... whatever works!
