PP question

What kind of processing would be necessary to get this effect?
The brights are great and the greens are deep and dark

It looks like it is just a standard type of post processing that involves adjusting the level/curve, saturation and sharpness.

Those are relatively simple things. Youtube or Adobe has great tutorials and once you have played with it a couple times you wont be intimidated by those terms.
