Preening GBH

This one flew up on top of a lamp post at the dam, and started preening itself. It would do some preening, the sit up and waggle its tail, and then do some more preening. Taken on a cloudless, wonderful day at LLELA.

Nice shot, Jeff, and you definitely had plenty of light for that one. I can tell it was a beautiful day there, was cloudy here yesterday and today so I'm hoping that after tomorrow (my days off) we'll get a little sunshine, also. Just coincidence, but I did some rework of a shot of a GBH tonight that I'm posting here in a few. It's not as good as yours, though.
