I created a survey to find out what photographers like/don't like about print labs and I'm hoping to get some feedback!

I completed the form but my answers for questions 9 and 10 were rejected with the message "This question requires an answer" (answers were "Other: PhotoPlus" and a tick in "None" respectively.

I'd love to find a lab that does what I want done instead of what they want done

I think that you should make 'other' a valid response for any question that has 'other' as a possible response. I had to add a false response (to the question about why I use more than one lab) to get the survey accepted when all I wanted to do was write my answer in the 'other' space. Either that or increase the number of possible answers. Shouldn't PhotoPlus be on the list of trade shows, for example? It's quite big.
