Pro guidance - getting my shots out there

Hi everyone. I am Daniel. I just joined the forum today. Looking forward to all the great things I will hear, see and learn. I joined the forum because I am heading to Eastern Europe in October to shoot politics and current events. I was hoping to get some technical and industry advice on the best way to submit my shots (Jpeg FINE) to agencies etc. I am unsure how to get the pics to where they should be seen and how to send pics with captions etc. Any advice on this - re software or transfer methods would be greatly appreciated. photo machanic is the standard for fast editing and delivering from the field.
As for agencies, there are lots, Contact Press IMages, AP, Reuters, and many more.
Your best best is to contact all of them and see who is willing to onboard your photos.
