Problems with Uploading Lightroom Photos to Photobucket

Hey guys...
I'm new to Lightroom... but I also have a photobucket.
I'm noticing that there seems to be a bit of a loss in quality when I upload the final product to my Photobucket (or really, any kind of uploading).
Is there any way to get around this?
I'm afraid its going to also tweak the final product when I go to print my pictures online.

It is probably resizing the image?

And why is this in the galleries section?

It's in the general section because I'm new and haven't familiarized myself with this place, haha.

There just seems to be a loss of color... the picture doesn't seem as vivid once it's uploaded as it is when I simply open it from my desk top.
Several of my friends screen cap to show their pictures to friends (this seems to get around it)... but I'd like to actually print some of these. Screen capping just seems like a crutch at best anyway.
