PSE 9 Color Replacement Question

Okay so my cousin was looking for a unique way to announce the sex of their new baby. They took 2 photos, one for a boy and one for a girl. Well it's gonna be a BOY but they like the "girl" photo better. She asked me if I could photoshop the pink balloons to make them blue so.

Does anyone know how to turn the pink balloons blue??

I tried using PSE9 and Enhance> Adjust Color> Replace Color, but I couldn't get it turn out right. ANY help is greatly appreciated!!
