What I wonder is how these kind of pictures are presented, I see in the EXIF the focal range is 300mm. So my question really is; do you get really close or do you crop a lot from the original image?

What a wonderful photo - wonder whether that raccoon wasn't really trying to give us the finger but didn't know how to?

I collect almost anything on raccoons so this was right up my street!

100% as is...i rarely crop...and i was close enough to spit on him..or vice versa
