Lovely dog. Good tonal separation of the subject and the background, there is some sort of 3D feel.

I like it generally, there's a lot of technical stuff to enjoy here.

The dog looks sort of ambiguous. I don't feel a sense of the dog's personality because it looks, frankly, as if it might be dead! The two eyes are doing different things, and the upper one is kind of worrying. The lower one APPEARS to be looking at the photographer.

I do enjoy the shapes on the floor under the dog, there's some nice stuff in there echoing the shapes of the ears. The rendering overall is lovely.
