I have the Power Drive for the Mamiya 645 pro, the model that takes 6AA batteries. The manual calls for Ni-Cd or "alkaline-manganese" batteries. Are alkaline manganese batteries not regular batteries? I tried putting new Duracell batteries in it but it's not working.

Problem solved...can't figure out how to delete a thread. I must have been putting the batteries in wrong. It's working now.

Those crazy + and - icons, eh?

Don't worry-we've allll done that at least once.

I'd HIGHLY recommend getting some lithium batteries for it. They last WAY longer. I had them in my winder for my 645 and they lasted the entire time I had it.
