Ramsey is also a village near my work, but it's about a mile from the river so doesn't even have a single mouring...
Thanks all for the comments. Ramsey doesn't have a lock or even a step across the entrance and it dries out at every low tide. It does have some commercial traffic other than fishing but it is limited to small general cargo vessels that can settle. This was taken about 30minutes earlier and you can see the receding tide has almost created a bow wave from the bow of the stationary vessel.
