Nicely exposed shot. I'd maybe have had the fella a bit more to right of center just to balance it a bit but maybe that framing wasn't possible from where you were stood.

Lol... Now that you say that... I think he may be. I was set up and taking a pic and dude just walks up and I guess he took a piss.

The big blue object is too distracting, the water falling should be the focus, imo. Other than that the pic is fine.
