Maybe it would be better in the photo journalism and sports section. You did ok with the panning.. but they are not as sharp as they could be.. Try and sharpen a little more and they will look better. It looks to me like you were trying to get shots from a low angle and that is a good thing... these are small cars and getting low is a good move.. The trick with panning is shoot in burst as you follow so if you get one sharp out of 5 shots that's good.
