"The Mind and The Brain, Neuroplasticy and The Power of Mental Force"
Written by a psychotherapist who specialized in patients with OCD and challenged the status quo for treating such patients in his day.
Thus far I am loving it. Baring the sections where it goes into technical discriptions of Psychotheraputic terminologies or the detailed anatomy and function of a Neuron... I am however finding the areas covering applied science quite intriguing.
Haven't finished it yet but thought I would share. In case, like myself, there are any others here who could appreciate such a book.
