Rebel T7 Shutter Operation ?

Hello,

Grandson has a Rebel T7

A bit confused over the shutter operation.

Manual is very clear regarding holding the shutter button half-way, composing, and
then pushing in the full way.

Is there any way to simply push the shutter immediately the whole
way, "instantaneously" and taking a picture without any "delay" ?
