Recent Spam

I am pretty new on here myself, but it seems like there has been quite an influx of spam lately. Is there anything we can do to fight against it? I don't like clicking on a thread and having a NSFW pic or having a NSFW link attached to the thread. And there has been some posts to where the person who posts says something along the lines of, "Thanks for that input". He wasn't even the original poster. Sorry, It just gets slightly annyoing.
