Recommendation for a wireless remote with longer distance...

I'm looking for a wireless remote with longer range than my Canon RC-6 remote (16' claimed distance). 100' would be more than enough. I need it to have the half-shutter option for AF, and an option for both immediate and delayed release.

I see different ones on B&H but have no idea which ones are the best. Camera is Canon 500D.
