Sorta a coin toss on that dark haired person ... definitely a person though. The scaffolding actually adds a lot of drama to the image.

Thanks Derrel. I usually hate cars and regard them as city rats on wheels, because they (working in tandem with light posts) tend to spoil any good street scene. But here its shape actually give a nice curved line of vision And it is red, thanks god.
