I like this photo overall, but I wish I could clear up the streaks from the window. It was at a restaurant, and the window was streaky to begin with, but is there some way to edit those out?

Yes, you can, but in my opinion and experience, it would be very time-consuming, and probably not look flawless when you're done. If the window has streaks, what's the big deal?
