Wow I really like this shot. I love how the rocks lead your eyes into the shot from left to right.

Nice, good composition and wonderful lighting and exposure. I especially like the way the foreground is cluttered by the combination of rocks and reflections. It really pulls the eye in for a good look. My only nit would be that you might want to tone down that hot spot on the right, just above the mountain.
