It allows you to straighten, cut/boost shadow and/or highlights, change the color balance of red/green/blue channels, apply unsharp mask (better than regular 'sharpen') etc

Ok cool, I haven't been on there in a while and wasn't quite sure. I will keep an eye on my horizons next time. I really enjoyed getting out there and shooting things other than flowers, so I hope to go out again soon. I still want to try your "100 strangers" project.

I usually get sloppy with horizons/verticals when i'm snapping portraits. I get fixated on the person. A bit like here, with your pine cone.

Overall I like the feel of this shot, I just wish or weren't do dark and that the horizon were straight. I was so busy trying to capture the sunset that I didn't even consider the horizon. Ironically I have some pics where the horizon is straight but the photo is so dark from the low ISO that nothing is identifiable but the sun. Lol, but at least I know what I did wrong and I can correct it next time! Thanks for your feedback.

For the record, I'm not a complete idiot, I know how to spell correctly and use correct grammar. This darn iPad is hard to type complete thoughts on. Auto correct doesn't help either. Lol, just wanted to state that for the record.
