Ricoh GR II . How to set ISO lower than 400 in Manual Mode?

I have recently purchased a GR2. When on Manual mode I have been unable to drop my ISO setting below 400. It can be set above 400. Am I missing a step?

Yep, Dynamic Range Compensation is probably active on the camera. It limits the available ISO range. Set Dynamic Range Compensation off.
