I got to attend the recent Space X CRS-4 launch from Kennedy Space Center and it was awesome! Watched from the roof of the Vehicle Assembly Building and got some great shots. The whole experience was kind of like a dream so wanted to share it with you.
Clearing the tower.
Not bad for 5.2 miles away.
T-6 minutes and counting.
Obligatory gear shot. D800 with 500mm f/4 and 1.4x teleconverter.
