The graininess really works for this and the tonal range and contrast are very good. Two minor things - there is a little bit of a tilt to the right, and I don't think you need all of the foreground - I'd be tempted to crop just above the top of the lamp.

Detail is great and the composition very interesting. The sky is weak and too empty. At least in this scan. Did you forget your orange filter ? I think with stronger sky this cityscape would gain air and 3-dimentional feel. White - gray sky in sunny day looks like something missing. I would agree with Ken on that crop.

I swear I never noticed the tilt. But now that you have said it I can't un-see it.
