My printer is being silly, making silly noises. Chatting with tech support online....

"What is the speed of the printing?"

How can I tell them that! I can't just like stick a speedometer on the paper!


I love HP's tech support, but some of the questions technicians ask are very interesting.

The problem I have with tech support, is after going through the 27 menu's before you get to speak to a human, there are times that the human has some difficulty with the English language.
