Roswell, New Mexico

I captured some images of Roswell during my road trip through New Mexico.

1- McDonald's got into the spirit of the place with the world's only UFO McDonald's. The lobby is in the shape of a flying saucer.

2- International UFO Museum and Research Center (appeared to me to be an international tourist trap)

4- Alien Invasion Store...there are a number of such shops in the downtown area

6- This was one of those photos where I was experiencing fantastic light and was frantically looking for anything to shoot before it went away. The nearest thing to me was this bank office building.

7- County Courthouse and Pat Garrett statue. This "Ride to Destiny" sculpture by Robert Summers commemorates his ride of 80 miles to Maxwell Ranch where he put a bullet through the heart of Billy the Kid.
