Montreal?

1: I feel like there's something missing, but can't think what. I like the title. It's a sad scene when I see how many bikes are left for trash when they still have life in them. I think it would benefit from a slightly lower angle so that it doesn't look as much like you were just standing and taking a picture. Also, a better background would help. Maybe a wall with more graffiti or more worn down.

2: It's not the most interesting to me, but I'm not the biggest fan of flower shots.. Looks good in terms of exposure and composition.

Thanks...yup, in Montreal

I thought the bricks, especially the colours worked well. I was also crouched down but i think because the bike was angled onto the wall that it makes it appear like i'm standing.

They both feel a little soft and oversaturated to me, but that could just be my computer screen too.

I agree. A tad soft, and quite oversaturated. There's something fishy about the first picture, but I can't quite pinpoint it.

See the chains coming off the pole beside the bike? On my monitor those chains are looking really weird and are giving off weird colours. And it looks like there are slight overlapping or blur in some areas, but maybe that's just me. Could be the resolution?

wow, i can't see that

I don't think either are overdone.
#1 looks like Golden Hour light. Nice and warm

#2 the colors appear natural on these fake flowers.

I agree that maybe shooting from a lower stance may have been better.
