Very nice shot!

How lucky you are to always have such beautiful sky's when shooting!

[Space Face]

Is it a replacement sky?

Once again a lovely bird.

Nice image. Is the sky the original?

I was puzzling over this so I looked it up. Looks like an awesome feature. I'm using DxO Photolab for most of my processing, but will export a DNG to Photoshop some of the time. I'll have to figure out how to combine the workflow. Dang, you can do anything these days (except get a bird to pose).

Now I'm puzzled, Is that to say it's a borrowed, pre made bg?

This is what the sky looks like in my area. It's a straight export from a RAW file, I didn't want to post the actual RAW file at 45MB I usually add some contrast to my skies and it's underexposed. I also usually lift the shadows on the birds. IOW this is an unprocessed image.
