San Diego Panoramic

I used a program called 'autostitch' to combine 3 photos, but it absolutely killed the quality(as you can see). Is their a better free program to use that will maintain the quality when stitched together? Any general feedback? Shot with my XTI and 50mm 1.8.

Microsoft Research Image Composite Editor (ICE)

I use Hugin

Hugin - Panorama photo stitcher

It does ok but sometimes misaligned areas.

Thanks for the help. This is what I get from from ICE. Sooo much better.
