My favorite neighborhood in SF.
Right across Broadway is the famous Condor Club.
Just about the time I moved there in 1983, a guy was making love with a stripper after hours on top of the piano that is on a platform that goes up into the ceiling.
The piano rose and crushed him against the ceiling killing him, the woman was trapped there until the morning.

Great story and a great place. Pity I had only several hours to walk around there with my camera.

No, I know where it is from looking at a map but not familiar with it at all.
There were some terrific drag shows there and we always took visitors.
My brother from Wisconsin was so shaken he was afraid to go to the bathroom in the place.
