Saturday Night at the Track

Last week was spring break for us and on Saturday two of my buddies decided they wanted to take it to the track and duke it out. Including myself and two buddies, there were seven of us there. We had a blast! When we arrived, the sun was just starting to go down and so by the time my friends were ready to race, it was almost dark out, so trying to pan for the first time and get good shots was kind of tricky. Here are some pictures that I took that night (btw, my friends drive the Mustang and Trans Am):

ISO was 200 for the first two, 800 for next three, and then 1600 for the rest.

Hehe, I like that shot too. The truck in front of him pulled a huge burnout and the smoke lingered up until they staged so the headlight beams looked awesome.

Thank you! This was just a 1/8th mile track out in po-dunk Georgia. Don't remember the specifics, but it was located out in Screven county.
