Do you sell these? I would think these all would be great for book on the subject.

He is absolutely right! I read a book recently by this company where the photographer who wrote it said it was his 3rd or 4th and he was no where near the photographer you are.... actually he was a pretty terrible photographer all together... So, in all seriousness, you should send them a lump of your work and see about writing a book worth reading! The publishing company is called Amherst Media. I was truly shocked at how terrible that one was but they do publish some excellent photography books.

If not that, then you should be employed by National Geographic to photograph bugs around the world.

Passive sales rarely work. I would build my own website and call different book publishers and magazines and tell them I'm a professional photographer who shoots bugs and show them my portfolio. It will need some time and money as initial investment but can really pay off as a nice side income if you're serious about this.

My initial opinion of this forum is there are so many people here who take beautiful photos and bury tremendous effort into their work and yet fail to monetize themselves. There is money in photography if done right! I agree most maybe don't do it for the money but if I have a skill I want to get paid for it dammit!
