I think I would like this one more if the gulls in the water were blurred and the one flying in focus....acheived by panning the camera with the bird in flight. Just a personal preference though

i like the bird in the air blurred it gives a great feel of motion and the birds in the water a very still feel, my vote is for the first

My frist thought too was to have the birds in the water blurred with the flying gull sharp. But seen that already, ya know? This is different. I can feel how quickly it all must have happened.
