searching for a photo sticker punching machine

i am urgently looking for a similiar but cheaper machine, like that Passfoto Schulfoto Kindergartenfoto Sticker stanzen - Sticker Boy Automatic

It can be a mixture of different machines, but i need to be able to punch those stickers out and print them on adhesive paper. It is indifferent weather it takes one process or will be divided into separate
machines.

I am looking for high quality and quantity printers up to A4 Format.

I am interessed in professional help and ready to pay commission for technical support

That's a pretty complex machine... and it seems pretty expensive. What's your budget?

Avery Labels makes an incredibly diverse set of press-apply labels and I have printed on many of them successfully with an ink-jet.
That is a huge company and certainly there is there products or equivalent in Europe.
