I think the atmosphere was too hazy, and the buildings in the background interfere too much with the Space Needle rendering it small and lost. The sky appears overexposed and the Space Needle underexposed, also. The middle of the day presents harsh light, and here it's clearly working to your disadvantage and presenting a big challenge. I'm sorry I haven't anything better to say.

I would rotate and crop it. The buildings are angled.

Yea, there is zero post-processing on this one and like you said, I cant control the weather.

I tried rotating it with the software I got to straighten the horizon but it didnt do what I wanted it to. Need to just go out and purchase LightRoom or something similar.

Lacking computer software, your camera should be able to straighten it. Mine can anyway, perhaps yours can as well.

You can rotate easily in Paint.NET and it's freeware.
