Sequence shots on Olympus E-10

Hi there, I'm totally new to this forum, but was was maybe hoping someone here could me out a little.
I am recently new to photograpy and have just bought an Olympus E-10 slr, and really want to take sequence shots of moving subjects. However when you hold down the shutter button and let it do its thing, taking the four pictures, its really slow. Is there a way you can get it to take sequence shots but really rapid, one after the other. The shutter speed at max doens't seem to make it quicker just better pics.

that camera shoots 3fps which is kinda slow depending what kind of motion your shooting.
