I also liked your other, not so friendly (heh heh) shot that you posted earlier today. But didn't have the chance to comment on that one before.

By comparison, this shot is framed better than the other one was, as it doesn't have the stuff on the far right side that distracts from the man's hands.

But the other shot is perhaps more eloquent.

Nice image, tells the story precisely and conveys the feeling you noted in your title. I also like the composition - the horizontal and vertical combine very nicely.
