I really like this shot. Surprised that it hasn't got any replies yet (probably because it isn't another seascape/sunset shot ) I think you've framed it quite well and it's always nice to see something different.

I think I would have been more intrigued if the tire had been in motion as well. It's too static to have much impact on the scene. It is an interesting shot, however.
