This is a sunset photo that really fascinates me.
But somehow it also makes me itch to play with it, to test in how far a level pushed this way or that could change it. Something tells me that there still is a little more in it (though I might very well be wrong).
This sky is dramatic enough in itself, though, no doubt.

This photo is soooooo full of possibilities. It really is one "to play with". I might take a go at it, too.
And my first idea maybe wasn't quite as strong as your first edition, but I like what you are doing to the photo, too!!!

My take would have been this "mild"

But the photo offers ALL kinds of opportunities. You can shift all levels, try solarisation just for fun, convert it and see what happens then... everything. It is quite thrilling.
